Portugal - August 1993 -

We were told: the Atlantic ocean in Portugal is cold... and it is cold. A cool stream runs through the west coast and you must head South to enjoy the beach. If you enjoy Porto, take a stroll right after the bridge built by our national Gustave Eiffel and you will find all the possible brands.

Memories

Comme dans tout pays, il faut rentrer à l'intérieur, dans les petites villes et villages pour trouver les activités locales.

Ici, vous l'avez deviné, un village était en pleine effervescence lors d'une des nombreuses fêtes religieuses.

During the day, we would get away from the coast to come back to camp there at night time. Inside the country you could see poor nude trees their "fur" stripped off. What an idea to have bark used so much as cork.

In the South, the Algarve beaches, where all the tourists go.

May I introduce you our cat name "Chat Bout", our motorcycle deaf cat who followed us many years.
